Our roots can be traced back to the 1970’s as a home builder. As the need for new lots to build homes on increased, our company started venturing into the land development business, finding that we weren’t the only builder in the Minneapolis market that needed access to more developed land. We also learned we had a knack for picking prime locations and the ability to develop high quality neighborhoods.
