3. Governmental approvals are obtained

4. Site is constructed
Throughout the process we match the approvals and maintain the goal of producing a marketable and successful project.
5. Finished lots are sold to both local and national builders
We identify and select a diverse group of qualified builders that assures timely closings and quality innovative homes that maximize profits.
